However, how exactly do you change tyres safely and correctly? Here's how.

1. Loosen the Bolts

First of all, loosen the bolts from your wheels first. Use the tools that are normally provided, then start turning counter-clockwise. If it is hard, then it can be assisted a little with your feet.

2. Jack the Car

Once the bolts come off, you can jack up the car. This is done after removing the bolt because the car is more stable before it is jacked. To jack up the car, make sure the car is lifted at the correct point, which is at the jack point that is usually in the vehicle owner’s manual. If you don't have one, look for the thick iron part that is the main chassis component. Then, it's a good idea to fid the wheels when the car is lifted so that it doesn't move.

3. Remove and Install the Wheel

Once lifted, you can start removing and installing the wheel. Once installed, it is recommended to put the bolts first but it does not need to be tightened too much. 

4. Lower The Car

After that, lower the car gently.

5. Tighten Bolts

Once the car has gone down perfectly, tighten the wheel bolts. After that, the spare tire is installed and you can continue your trip again.

3. Lepas dan Pasang Roda

Setelah terangkat, maka kamu bisa mulai melepas dan memasang roda. Setelah terpasang, ada baiknya meletakkan baut terlebih dahulu namun tidak perlu terlalu dikencangkan. 

4. Turunkan Mobil

Setelah itu, turunkanlah mobil secara perlahan.

5. Kencangkan Baut

Setelah mobil telah turun dengan sempurna, kencangkanlah baut roda. Setelah itu, ban cadangan pun sudah terpasang dan kamu bisa kembali melanjutkan perjalanan.
